A partner at TableForce (formerly Garcia & Associates), Ron has over 30 years of senior management experience in both the public and private sector. Ron brings a very diverse and interesting set of negotiation skills based on his years of front line experience where he continues to practice what he teaches.

Ron has spent most of his career in front line at the table negotiations. He continues to negotiate several hundred million dollars of sales and acquisitions annually. He has negotiated tens of billions of dollars in his career. Key assignments include:
Global Risk Solutions — Co-founder and Managing Director of this company which provides insurance and financial services aimed at increasing bottom line profits through better negotiations for medium, large and multi-national companies.
Client Services Network— Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing providing increased bottom line profitability for a wide variety of service and manufacturing companies through negotiation of warranty and insurance contracts
PointGlobal — Senior Vice President of this global sourcing, e-commerce and supply chain management company.
J and K Associates — Partner in firm representing dozens of suppliers to several manufacturing companies. Responsible for negotiating and managing in excess of $100 million annually.
MCS Associates —Senior Manager responsible for negotiating several billion dollars of mergers/acquisitions in the Financial Services Industry.

Family and Interests
Ron has called 7 states home, but now resides in his original home state of Indiana. When not teaching, lecturing or negotiating another deal, Ron enjoys golfing, snow skiing, and traveling domestically and internationally. .
